Tahiti vanilla, hazelnuts of Piedmont, Sicily fennel, chestnuts of Turin… The list of flavours that make up the pralines, ganaches, giandujas and other creations of the House Le Cacaotier are invitations to a gourmet journey. Created in 1995 in Enghien-les-Bains by Hubert Masse, master craftsman and award-winning chocolatier, Le Cacaotier currently has 7 outlets, with the one in the 6th arrondissement inaugurated last June. Devoted to traditional craftsmanship, Hubert Masse produces his little chocolate masterpieces in his workshop in Normandy. “Love chocolate completely, without complexes or false shame; remember, there is no reasonable man without a spark of madness.” If you need another good excuse to visit Le Cacaotier, La Rochefoucauld just offered it to you.
