If there’s a place that seamlessly reconciles nature and culture, it’s unquestionably La Quincave. This wine cellar offers natural wines to savour alongside delicious charcuterie boards and invites the sharing of ideas in an erudite and Latin atmosphere.
Oak barrels of wine as tables, bar stools, and a Latin playlist: welcome to the warm world of Priscilla Coutinho. Under the impetus of this sparkling Brazilian intellectual, who holds a doctorate in lusophone literature and a sommelier-caviste diploma, La Quincave has become the go-to spot for natural wine enthusiasts and cultural gatherings. Once or twice a month, the winery hosts a “1 Book 1 Wine” evening. Writers from various nationalities, comic book authors, or photographers come to read excerpts from their works and share their universes in direct exchanges with the customers. Alongside her, Simon participates in wine selection and advises customers with the same passion from noon till midnight! Never short of ideas, Priscilla refines her projects and proposes literary cuvées. These exclusive productions are crafted around an artist, natural wine producers, and illustrators, such as the Kiki de Montparnasse cuvée. A place to urgently experience to intoxicate the mind!
