Since 1890, Arthus Bertrand has been based in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
It was therefore very “naturally” that after the number 54 on rue Bonaparte, the new flagship took up residence at the corner of Place du Québec, at number 52 on the same street. It covers 130 m2 over 2 floors where old and contemporary decorations blend and “meet”, reflecting the brand’s cultural heritage. From the famous manufacturer of honorary medals with modern inspirations—such as the Miraculous Medals, now mutated into a pop fashion version—the house has been experiencing a revival, for the last 3 years, as an artisan jeweller. The creative jewellery collections, visible on the first floor of the new shop, are inspired by the brand’s fundamentals. From the admirable technique of stamping (metal work resulting from the know-how of the medal), precious jewellery has been created, like the Gloria collection. Modern, elegant, inspiring… and timeless. With this heritage of honorary decorations—staged on the ground floor—and his 100% French know-how, Arthus Bertrand has been making, since Napoleon III, in his workshops in France, the house’s ic onics, which remain worthily represented as part of the French heritage.
