A chic and gourmet bar and restaurant, the lair where a certain Jean-Marie Rivière once was active, is still a very wild and crazy festive place.
A little from the Palace, a finger from Studio 54, a touch of cabaret, add straight people, gay people, young people, old people, drag queens, creatures and performers, shake it all up and you get “Le Privé de la Madame Klaude”, THE unmissable monthly party of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, at the mythical Alcazar on rue Mazarine. Fabrice Gilberdy, the new director of the house, brings Parisian night owls together to dance to the sound of the best disco music. But there’s no need to wait for this key event to party. From Wednesday, the Alcazar offers a festive atmosphere with “La Groupie du Pianiste”, a piano-vocal evening where the classic songs are performed in chorus by the audience. Then, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the Alcazar offers a complete experience of Parisian life without having to change location. The evening begins with a cocktail prepared by a mixologist at the bar, continues with a delicious dinner at the restaurant and then moves to the balcony for the clubbing part. And why not stay in this festive place until the Sunday morning brunch? Detox, organic, vegan and signed by the famous Guinguette d’Angèle, to get back into shape gently… until the next Alcazar party!
